| 摘 要： | 为了解舟山沿海贝类产品中副溶血性弧菌污染情况,我们于2008年3个不同季节,从不同的农贸市场采集贝类标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法和常规培养方法,对舟山沿海贝类产品中的副溶血性弧菌进行了检测,同时对分离到的菌株进行血清学分型和毒力基因检测。结果60份贝类产品中,采用常规的分离培养方法,阳性率为83.33%,而采用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法,全部检出副溶血性弧菌。对分离到的50株副溶血性弧菌进行耐热溶血素(tdh)基因检测,结果4株tdh阳性。监测结果表明舟山贝类海产品中携带副溶血性弧菌情况比较严重,应引起足够的重视。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seashells in Zhoushan coastal area,a total of 60 fresh seashells samples were collected from different Zhoushan's retail markets and detected for V.parahaemolyticus by real-time quantitative PCR and cultivation method.The serotype and tdh genes were also tested.The results showed that the contaimination of V.parahaemolyticus was 83.33 % by cultivation method,and 100 % by real-time quantitative PCR.The themostale direct hemolysin (tdh) genes ... |
