摘    要:对海南文昌清澜港红树林和广西北海红树林采集的植物组织和土壤样品进行真菌选择性分离,并对其发酵液进行抗金黄色葡萄球菌、抗白色念珠菌和细胞毒活性筛选。得到具有生物活性的真菌63株,通过培养特征、形态特征、ITS序列测定及其系统发育分析对菌株进行鉴定,发现其中有8株同为烟曲霉,占活性菌株的12.7%。综上表明,分离自红树林的烟曲霉部分菌株,产生了与其它生境烟曲霉菌株不一样的性质,具有了良好的生物活性。

Abstract:The aim of the study was to isolate fungi from mangrove plants and soil collected from Qinglan harbor and Beihai, and to screen their anti-Staphyloccocus aureus, anti-Candida albicans and Cyctotoxic activity. 63 fungi strains that displayed activity were identified by cultural characteristics, morphological characteristics , ITS rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis. The identification study indicated that 8 strains were Aspergillus fumigatus, accounting for 12.7 percent of the active strains isolated. The result showed that some strains of Aspergillus fumigatus from mangrove,, which were different from other habitats have good biological activity.
