| 摘 要： | 对开放存取(Open Access)的概念和历史背景做了简单的介绍,并就当前网络环境下开放存取在学术、经济、社会等方面的意义与价值进行了探讨,研究了开放存取目前的现状、存在的问题及应对措施,并就我国在开放存取方面应做的工作提出了积极的建议。
