蓼属头状蓼组过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶的研究

摘    要:为探明蓼属头状蓼组种间亲缘关系,探讨过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶在蓼属的分类价值,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对蓼属头状蓼组5种植物进行了POD同工酶研究。结果表明,蓼属头状蓼组5种植物POD同工酶酶带共8条,不同种间POD同工酶酶谱存在较大的差异;采用UPGMA法聚类分析显示,羽叶蓼与火炭母的亲缘关系较近,尼泊尔蓼与羽叶蓼、火炭母的亲缘关系较远。说明,POD同工酶在一定程度上能较好地反映种间的遗传差异,对于探讨种间亲缘关系有一定的价值。

Abstract:The peroxidase(POD) isozyme of 5 Sect.Cephalophylon species was detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique to verify the genetic relationship among Sect.Cephalophylon species and discuss the value of POD isozyme in classification of Polygonum.The results showed that there were 8 enzymatic bands of POD isozyme and there was obvious difference in zymogram of POD isozyme among five species.The UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the genetic relationship between P.runcinata and P.strindbergii was c...
