摘    要:叶绿素合量是一项重要的生化指标。本试验以不同玉米杂交种的不同世代研究了玉米叶片叶绿素含量变化。结果表明,杂交种间、世代间的叶绿素含量差异显著,而不同世代内的叶片之间差异不显著.世代间的叶绿素含量变化趋势并不是随着世代增加而递减。有的杂交种F2高于F1,而有的杂交种F3高于F2,世代间的叶绿素含量变化无规律性.

Abstract:Chlorophyll content was measured in this study,according to different generations of different maize hybrids.The result showed chlorophyll content was significant among hybrids and generations(p<0.01 level).It was not significant among the leaves in different generations.Variance of chlorophyll content in generation was not reduced with increased generation.Chlorophyll content of F3 hybrids WaS higher than that of F2,but another F2 was higher than F1.It was not regular in generation.
