摘    要:通过对天津同台测试结果进行分析总结,可为泵站设计中的水泵选型提供参考.根据叶轮主要几何尺寸和扬程流量性能曲线的斜率来划分轴流泵水力模型的扬程范围。能简化水力模型的比较方案.为了兼顾各种特征扬程工况下的运行效率和可靠性,在水力模型初选阶段提出了选型名义扬程的概念.针对选型名义扬程。采用等扬程和加大流量的方法,并参照南水北调东线泵站工程规划和初步设计成果进行水力模型的选择,能确保泵装置获得更高的加权平均效率、分析了模型泵装置安装精度、叶轮叶片厚度,以及叶轮叶片叶尖径向间隙对试验结果的影响,在分析试验数据可比性的基础上提出了方案比较时应注意的问题.随着水泵CAD和CFD技术的发展。不同泵站水泵水力模型应更多地考虑进行针对性设计.

Abstract:The experimental results on the same test-bed in Tianjin were analyzed. The summarized rules can be used as references for design of pumping station and pump selection. The comparative projects of the axial-flow hydraulic model, which was classified by the main geometry dimension of impeller and the slope of the head-flow rate curve was simplified. The nominal head was presented for preliminary selection of hydraulic models, with consideration of the efficiency and reliability at all operation conditions. Using the method of keeping head and increasing flow rate and referring to the layout and preliminary design of the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Project based on the nominal head, the higher weighted-average efficiency of the hydraulic model can be ensured. The influences of the installation precision of pump device, the blade thickness and the blade radial tip on the test results were analyzed.
