摘    要:[目的]探讨矮化树种的抗盐碱能力,提高盐碱地绿化造林的成活率.[方法]通过生长状况调查,对8种常见园林绿化乔木树种进行截干矮化后,研究根系活力、光合作用速率、叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化,评定了8种植物矮化后在高盐碱区的适应性.[结果]截干对各树种的根系活力影响显著,并且光合作用加强,各树种叶片内SOD活力明显增加.[结论]截干措施对树种抗盐碱能力有普遍提高.

Research on Salt Resistance of Dwarf Trees

Abstract:[ Objective ] Salt resistance of dwarf trees was studied in order to improve the survival rate of afforestation on the saline-alkali land. Method] The adaptability of eight kinds of dwarf plant was evaluated by measuring the root activity, photosynthesis rate, leaf superoxide dismutase (SOD). [ Result ] Stem-cut has significant effects on the root activity of trees. Stem-cut has strengthened photosynthesis and SOD vitality of the tree leaves. [ Conclusion] Stem-cut has increased significantly the salinity resistance of tree species.
