| 摘 要： | 深入分析了种业发展的趋势,研究了企业对种业人才数量和质量方面的需求变化.为适应种业发展的“育、繁、销”一体化和国际化趋势,认为分层次培养卓越种业人才是较为理想的培养模式,进而详细阐述了本科—硕士—博士3个层次的分层培养模式的具体目标与要求.

| Abstract: | The seed development trend was deeply analyzed, the change of requirements on quantity and quality of seed industry talents were studied. In order to adapt to integration of ＂breeding, reproduction and marketing＂ and international trend of seed industry, it was thought that hierarchical training mode is an ideal mode for preeminent talents of seed industry. The specific objectives and demands of hierarchical training mode of ＂Bachelor Master Doctor＂ were elaborated. |
