摘    要:目的]为了研究适宜虎舌红栽培的光照条件.方法]采用不同的遮光处理,结合光合生理生态特性、叶绿素荧光参数,对其进行测定分析.结果]除遮光90%处理外,虎舌红最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(FPSⅡ)均随着遮光程度的增加而增加,遮光处理提高了虎舌红的光化学效率;虎舌红光下最大荧光(Fm')随着遮光程度的增加而增加,虎舌红初始荧光(Fo)随遮光程度的增加而减小.虎舌红在不同遮光处理下30 d,都存在不同程度的光抑制现象.结论]虎舌红的适宜光照条件为遮光75%.

Effects of Shading on Photochemical Efficiency of Ornamental Plants Ardisia mamillata Hance

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum light condition of Ardisia mamillata's cultivation.Method] Different shading treatments were adopted.Combining with photosynthetic physiological ecology characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence index,the optimum light condition of Ardisia mamillata's cultivation was studied.Result] Except 90% shading treatments,the maximal efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry (Fv/Fm) and efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry (FPSⅡ) of Ardisia mamillata Hance increased with the increase of shading degree under the other three shading treatments,and shading treatments increased the photochemical efficiency in the two plants.The fluorescent light (Fm') of Ardisia mamillata Hance increased with the increase of shading degree,and basal rates of chl fluorescence (Fo) increased with the decrease of shading degree.Photoinhibition would happen under all shading treatments of A.mamillata after 30 d,but only under 35% shading treatments of A.japonica.Under the same shading treatments,Fv/Fm ofA.mamillata was higher than that of A.japonica.Conclusion] Suitable condition of A.mamillata was shading 75% of the light.
