摘    要:[目的]为多年生黑麦草的选育、栽培、推广及应用提供生理方面的科学依据.[方法]以土壤田间持水量为依据,探讨了不同水分处理对多年生黑麦草的叶绿素含量、根系可溶性糖含量及地下生物量的影响.[结果]在不同的水分处理条件下,多年生黑麦草叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和地下生物量都有一定的规律性变化.在干旱条件下,多年生黑麦草叶绿素含量下降,而可溶性糖积累将会增加,其地下生物量也减少;在饱水条件下,多年生黑麦草叶绿素含量较高,可溶性糖积累较少,地下生物量也有一定增加.干旱胁迫时间与多年生黑麦草叶片叶绿素含量的相关关系式为:y=-0.206 6x+2.418 1(R2 =0.968 7).[结论]干旱胁迫条件下,多年生黑麦草可溶性糖含量增加,而叶绿素含量和地下生物量下降.

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific physiological basis for the breeding,cultivation,popularization and application of Lolium perenne L..[Method] With field water-holding capacity as reference,the effects of different moisture treatments on the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content in the root and underground biomass in L.perenne were studied.[Result] Under different moisture treatments,the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and underground biomass in L.perenne showed some regular changes.Under drought conditions,chlorophyll content in L.perenne decreased,and its underground biomass reduced,but the accumulation of soluble sugar increased.Under saturated moisture conditions,the chlorophyll content in L.perenne was higher,the accumulation of soluble sugar was less,but its underground biomass increased.The correlative equation between drought stress time and chlorophyll content in the leaves of L.perenne was as follows:y =-0.206 6x + 2.418 1 (R2 =0.968 7).[Conclusion] Under drought stress conditions,the content of soluble sugar in L.perenne increased,but its chlorophyll content and underground biomass decreased.
