摘    要:目的]测定不同贮存方式、不同贮存年限的冬小麦种质资源的种子活力.方法]用快速测定法(TTC)和发芽试验2种方法进行测定.结果]同一贮存年限,玻璃种子瓶贮存的冬小麦种子活力高于纸袋贮存的种子活力.玻璃种子瓶贮存种子生活力平均值为65.79%、种子发芽势平均值为54.40%、发芽率平均值为57.21%,纸袋贮存的种子生活力平均值为47.21%、发芽势平均值为12.65%、发芽率平均值为17.94%;相同贮存方式,种子活力随贮存年份的增加呈下降趋势,贮存13年的种子活力最高,生活力平均值为51.17%、发芽势平均值为16.62%、发芽率平均值为22.15%,贮存15年的种子活力最低,生活力平均值为47.21%、发芽势平均为12.65%、发芽率平均值为17.94%.结论]该研究为冬小麦遗传育种提供高活力种质材料.

Study on the Influence of Different Storage Way and Period on Winter Wheat Germplasm Material Activity

Abstract:Objective] The experiment aims to study the influence of different storage way and period on the gerplasm material activity of winter wheat.Method] Using rapid test(TTC)and germination test to determine the gerplasm material activity in winter wheat.Result] Under the same storage time,the seed vigor of winter wheat is higher in the glass bottles than the bags.In the glass bottles,the average seed viability was 65.79% ; the average seed germination potential was 54.40% ; the average germination rate was 57.21%.Also in the bags,the average seed viability,germination potential and the average germination rate was 47.21%,12.65% and 17.94%.Under the same storage way,the seed vigor was reduced as the increasing of storage times.The seed vigor is the highest in the storage for 13 years compare to other test materials.The average seed force was 51.17%.The average germination potential was 16.62%.The average germination rate was 22.15%.In the storage of 15 years,the seed vigor is lowest among the test materials.The average seed force,germination potential and the average germination rate was 47.21%,12.65% and 17.94%.Conclusion] The study can provide high vigour germplasm material for winter wheat genetic breeding.
