浅谈建设单位如何控制工程变更

建设项目投资超概算,重要原因之一就是项目实施过程中变更较多,超出建设单位预期,造成实施阶段造价控制难度加大,出现建安工程超概算,从而可能导致总投资超概算。本文结合项目管理实践,对项目实施过程中发生变更的原因进行了分析,并对如何预防和解决此类问题,站在建设单位的角度提出了针对性的建议和控制措施。

DISCUSSION ON THE PROJECT CHANGE CONTROL IN THE CONSTRUCTION INSTITUTIONS

One of the important reasons that led the actual investment of construction project exceed the budget was that the construction project was often changed, and hence it was hard to control the construction cost. Combined with the practice project management, this paper analyzed the reasons resulting in project change, and put forward some suggestions on how to prevent and solve these problems from the view of the construction institutions.
