生物抗氧化剂对原料奶体细胞数的影响

摘    要:原料奶中体细胞是间接反应奶牛乳房是否健康的一个有力数据。同时过高的体细胞也将直接影响到原料奶的质量和价格。因此,本试验选择年龄、胎次、产奶量、泌乳天数相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛80头,探讨日粮添加34g生物抗氧化剂对原料奶中体细胞的影响。结果表明,生物抗氧化剂对奶牛产奶量及乳成分无显著影响。但与对照组相比,试验组原料奶中体细胞数呈显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。因此,本研究表明,生物抗氧化剂能够有效降低原料奶中体细胞数,提高原料奶质量。

Abstract:It is important that somatic cell count in raw milk indirectly reflects mammary gland health of dairy cattle, and it brings effects on raw milk quality and value.The objective of this study was to evaluate changes of somatic cell count in raw milk when dietary biologic antioxidant was supplemented in lactating dairy cattle.Eighty Chinese Holstein dairy cows were randomly assigned to control group with 34 g powdered zeolite for a cow per day.The three experimental group received supplementation of 34 g biologic antioxidant.Meantime, all cows in fed the same basal diets.It was shown that dietary d biologic antioxidant adding can decline somatic cell count of raw milk (P〈0.05), but no significant difference is observed for milk production and milk composition.Therefor, the study indicated that biologic antioxidant may improve raw milk quality.
