高压静电处理水稻种子的试验研究

摘    要:选用不同年代收获的水稻种子,在高压静电场中进行处理,并设置相应对照组,对其发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗生长高度、活力指数等项指标进行检测和统计分析。结果表明,高压静电处理过的水稻种子在发芽期间的各项生理指标,均高于对照组,效果极其显著。因而得出,利用高压静电场处理种子可改变种子内部结构,加速种子细胞动力学过程,激活种子内部潜在能力,加快种子萌发,促进幼苗生长,达到提高产量的目的。

Abstract:Chooses the rice seeds which harvested in different years , processing these seeds under the high voltage static electricity field,analyzing the rate of germination, the index of germination , the height of seedling ,and the vitality index, compared to seeds through germinating experiment .Results indicate that all indexes of processed seeds are better than CK ,and the effect is remarkable .We think that utilizing the voltage static electricity field to process the rice seeds can change the internal structure of the seed ,accelerate the seed cell kinetics process ,activate the latent capability of the seed, and speed up the germination.
