摘    要:对供试土壤添加不同含量的LaCl3,并通过盆栽试验研究外源镧对黑麦草-铜尾矿系统土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:La的添加对试验组和对照组土壤的过氧化氢酶活性有一定的抑制作用,并且随着La含量的增加,抑制作用增强;蔗糖酶、脲酶以及磷酸酶活性则随着La含量的增加而增强。试验组的土壤酶活性与对照组相比,蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶的平均活性分别上升了16.59%、30.65%和13.19%,过氧化氢酶的平均活性下降了6.33%。除脲酶外,蔗糖酶、脲酶以及磷酸酶的活性,试验组与对照组都存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。研究显示,添加La可以增加种植黑麦草的土壤酶活性,对修复铜尾矿地区土壤铜污染的效果显著。

Abstract:Lolium perenne and La were used to remediate the copper tailings by using pot experiment.The four soil enzymatic activities were measured.The results showed that La had a suppressive effect on catalase activity,whereas urease,phosphatase and invertase activity were all increased by added La.The soil enzymatic activities in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with control group,urease,phosphatase and invertase activities of experimental group were incresed 30.65%,13.19% and 16.59% respectively.In conclusion,L.perenne and La has great value in remediating copper-contaminated soils.
