蔗糖和矿质营养对榛子花粉离体萌发和花粉管生长的影响

摘    要:为探讨榛子花粉活力及影响因素,研究了离体培养条件下蔗糖浓度对平欧杂交榛与平榛和矿质营养[钙(CaCl2)、硼(H3BO3)和镁(MgSO2)]对平欧杂交榛花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:在20%蔗糖培养基上,平欧杂交榛和平榛花粉离体萌发和花粉管生长较好,萌发率和花粉管长度分别为:42.40%、30.16%和126.3μm、137.1μm。添加适当浓度的氯化钙可显著性提高杂交榛花粉萌发率,而硼酸和硫酸镁则不能,0.03%的氯化钙作用最大,萌发率达57.58%。添加适当浓度的氯化钙、硼酸和硫酸镁可显著性提高花粉管生长长度,最适宜浓度分别为0.03%、0.03%和0.06%,花粉管长度分别为:388.8μm、450.1μm和225.3μm,分别是对照的3.08、3.56和1.78倍。

Abstract:To explore the pollen vitality of hazel and influence factors in vitro, the different concentrations of sucrose - hybrid hazel ( the hybrid of Corylus? heterophylla? Fisch × Corylus avellana? L. ) - Corylus? heterophylla? Fisch and mineral nutrition (CaCl2, H3BO3, MgSO2) -hybrid hazel on pollen germination and pollen tube growth of and were investigated. The results showed that, in the medium with 20% sucrose, pollen germination and pollen tube growth better in hybrid hazel and Corylus? heterophylla? Fisch. The germination rate and'tube length are as follows : 42.40%, 30.16% and 126.3 μm, 137.1 μm. Add the appropriate concentration of calcium chloride can significantly improve pollen germination rate of hybrid hazel, which can not be boric acid and magnesium sulfate, 0.03% of the largest role of calcium chloride, the germination rate of 57.58%. Add the appropriate concentration of calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate and boric acid can significantly increase the length of pollen tube growth, the most appropriate concentrations were 0.03%, 0.03% and 0.06%, respectively, for the pollen tube length : 388.8 μm, 450.1 μm and 225.3 μm , is the control of 3.08,3.56 and 1.78 times.
