| 摘 要： | 干旱区在开发过程中,造成绿洲、界外区及维持原状的荒漠三部分。界外区生境的极度退化,将动摇绿洲的存在基础。因而整治界外区是扭转干旱区环境恶化、实现生态复原与建设的关键。恢复与扩展荒漠植被即是生态建设的根本手段。实施保护、利用与建设相结合的方针,以荒漠植被自然侵移规律,依靠自然降水以最大限度发展可供饲用的灌林,将能实现生态环境建设的目的。

| Abstract: | The oasis, area around the oasis and the desert in original state are ca-used during the development of desert. The extremely degradation of thehabitat in the area around the oasis will shake the existing foundation ofthe oasis. Renovating the area around the oasis is the key for reversing theenvironmental worse and realizing the rehabilitation and construction of eco-system. Recovering and expanding the deserta is the basic way for ecologi-cal construction. The aim of ecological environmental construction may berealized by using the natural precipitation and the law of growth, reprodu-cing the natural vegetation and carrying out a protective policy combinedwith utilization and ecological construction. |
