摘    要:在我国群众食用的各种肉类中,猪肉占据绝对优势.在肉类消费中,很长时间以来猪肉消费皆处于较大占比.非洲猪瘟于2018年8月进入我国,极大程度干扰到国内生猪养殖,猪肉价格一路上涨,一度接近牛肉.受到猪肉售价提高的影响,其他肉类与菜类的售价皆随之提高,也造成了较大的社会影响.在我国,生猪养殖模式上,大多数为集约化养殖,非洲猪...

Abstract:In all kinds of meat eaten by the masses of China, pork has an absolute advantage. In the meat consumption, pork consumption has accounted for larger proportion for a long time. The outbreak of African swine fever in China in August 2018 has greatly damaged domestic pork farming. The price of pork has risen all the way, which once approached that of beef. Affected by the increasing price of pork, the prices of other meats and vegetables have also increased, which has caused a great social impact as well. In China, most of the pig breeding models are intensive breeding. The African swine fever epidemic can threaten the pig breeding industry to a great extent and cause huge economic losses. How to prevent and control African swine fever and avoid large losses? This article will analyze the source of the pathogen, the development status and prevention ways, and then give guidance for prevention and control of African swine fever at the theoretical level, and build the wall to prevent and control it.
