西葫芦胚囊植株及其自交后代主要农艺性状的初步观察

摘    要:以西葫芦离体雌核发育胚囊植株当代(R0)及其自交一代(R1)、自交二代(R2)的部分植株为试材,对其主要农艺性状进行初步观察.结果显示,各世代胚囊植株的第一雌花节位、雌花节率以及果实性状等有良好的整齐度,并与供体及杂交组合亲本的相关性状存在不同程度的差异,胚囊植株的育性有一定程度的分离.

Abstract:In this paper, primary observation of the main agronomic characters of R0, R1, R2, obtained from the selfed plants of summer squash in vitro gynogenesis embryoplants.The results indicated that the location of No.1 female flower,the rates of the female flowers of the plant, and the fruit characters of R0, R1, R2 all had good regularity.And there were a few differences between donor, parental pair and R0, R1, R2 in these characters.The fertility of the embryo plants had some differentiation.
