玉米种质资源遗传评价及利用研究──Ⅱ、玉米自交系株型性状配合力分析及其应用

摘    要:采用NC-Ⅱ设计,对表现较好的23个玉米自交系的主要株型性状进行了研究。结果表明,所测性状的一般配合力(GCA)在被测亲本系间存在极显著差异。3H-2、广62-10、多黄25、478和8112是具有紧凑株型性状的优异自交系资源。它们可用来改良其它自交系的株型,也可直接用于组配紧凑型玉米杂交种。重要的叶夹角与其它株型性状和单株粒重间的一般配合力相关不显著。

Abstract:Using NC-Ⅱ design, 23 maize inbred lines (3 male, 20 female)were studied in 1992 for their plant characters. There were significant differences among general combining ability(GCA) estimates of parents for characters observed. Of lines, 3H-2,Guang 62-10,Duohuang 25, 478 and 8112 were good germplasm resouces with small acute angle of leaf to the stem. They can be used to improve the plant characters of another in bred lines, or directly to be combined into the hybrids with small leaf angle. GCA of leaf angle, the important character, was not correlated wit the GCA of other characters.
