玉米秸秆浸提液对3种作物种子萌发及幼苗生理代谢的影响

摘    要:研究不同浓度玉米秸秆浸提液对玉米、大豆和小麦3种作物种子萌发及其幼苗叶片抗氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量以及根活性等指标的影响。结果表明,玉米秸秆浸提液促进玉米和小麦种子萌发,发芽率分别提高18.4%和7.6%;秸秆浸提液浓度为0.8 g/m L时,对大豆种子萌发有显著抑制作用,发芽率降低11.3%。不同浓度秸秆浸提液处理,3种作物根系活力、抗氧化物酶活性和丙二醛、脯氨酸含量受到不同程度抑制或促进作用,无明显规律。

Abstract:The effects of maize straw aqueous extracts on seed germination and antioxidant activity, malondialdehyde content, proline content and root vigor for maize, soybeans and wheat were investigated. The results showed that maize straw aqueous extracts was in favor of the seed germination for maize and wheat, the germination rate increased by 18.4%(maize) and 7.6%(wheat). When the concentration of the extract was 0.8 g/mL, the seed germination of soybean was decreased by 11.3%. Root activity, antioxidant activity, malondialdehyde and proline content were inhibited or promoted at the different concentration of the extracts and there was not any obvious rule.
