摘    要:针对叶用莴苣(生菜)高温胁迫下易抽薹的生理特性,为探究内源乙烯含量在叶用莴苣抽薹过程中所起的作用,采用气相色谱法测定乙烯的释放量,比较不同时间、取样部位、温度、光照以及水分条件对乙烯释放量的影响。研究结果表明,叶用莴苣的最佳取样部位为茎,取样时间为6 h,取样温度为30℃。同时我们优化了色谱测定条件, 使得乙烯与空气分离较好,得到了基线稳定的对称峰。

Abstract:Lettuce is bolting easily under high temperature stress. To explore the role of endogenous ethylene in the process of lettuce bolting, we used the gas chromatography to measure the ethylene release content, compared the effects of different time, sampling parts, temperatures, light and moisture conditions on ethylene release. The results showed that the optimal sampling part was stem, the time was 6 h and the temperature was 30℃. We also optimized the chromatographic condition at the same time, made ethylene and air separate better, and got the symmetrical peak of stable baseline.
