中国烤烟烟叶含梗率研究初探

通过对我国12个省份的烟叶含梗率进行统计分析,发现我国初烤把烟的含梗率存在明显的地区差异.北方烟区烟叶的含梗率较低,南方烟区烟叶含梗率较高.烟叶含梗率最高的区域包括:湖南、江西、福建、湖北和陕西5个省份;烟叶含梗率最低的东北烟区包括黑龙江、吉林和辽宁3个省份;烟叶含梗率介于二者之间的烟区包括广西、山东、河南和四川4个省份.在高含梗率烟区,烟叶含梗率部位间的差异达到极显著水平,从上至下呈增加趋势;在中原烟区,从上至下烟叶含梗率增加,但中部烟叶含梗率与上部烟叶的差异没有达到显著水平.东北烟区烟叶含梗率部位间的差异不明显.各烟区烟叶含梗率都存在年份间差异.文中还就影响烟叶含梗率的可能因素进行了论述.

Study on Stem Ratio of Flue-cured Tobacco in China

1909 flue-cured tobacco samples in 12 provinces were stochastically collected to detect their stem ratio. The results showed that stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves had obvious regional differentiation, the stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves in northern area including Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning was obviously lower than that in the others; the stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves in southern area,including Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian, Hubei and Shanxi was notably higher than that in the others; the stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves in area,including Guangxi, Shandong, Henan and Sichuan was in a middle position. In southern area, the stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves was markedly higher along with the decrease of position; In the middle area, the stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher along with the decrease of position. The stem ratio of all area remarkably varied in different years. Several factors influencing stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves were also discussed in the article.
