| 摘 要： | 为探明马兜铃科植物寻骨风（Aristolochia mollissima Hance）的有效成分，从而为制定中药寻骨风的质量标准提供科学依据。采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱分离等色谱技术分离纯化其化合物，并根据光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果共分离鉴定了马兜铃内酯、马兜铃酸A、马兜铃酸萜酯Ⅰ、β-谷甾醇、银袋内酯乙五种化合物。 |
