摘    要:目的]为草本花卉百日草的科学施肥及养殖业废弃物科学应用提供依据。方法]利用盆栽试验研究了发酵猪粪、化肥、化肥与发酵猪粪配合对百日草生长的影响。结果]不同时期百日草的功能叶片数、最大表观叶面积、叶绿素含量、株高、冠幅、花径等指标的测定结果表明,在纯养分施入量相同的条件下(N0.80 g/盆、P2O50.28 g/盆、K2O0.37 g/盆),单施化肥及化肥与发酵猪粪配合施用的效果好于单施有机肥处理;单施有机肥处理与不施肥对照处理的百日草长势相当;单施化肥处理和化肥与发酵猪粪配合处理相比没有明显的差别。结论]合理的肥料施用是保障百日草良好生长的重要措施,在百日草栽培中,可以用发酵好的猪粪来替代部分化肥。

Effects of the Combined Application of Pig Manure and Chemical Fertilizer on the Growth of Zinnia elegans Jacq.
Abstract:Objective] This study was carried out in order to instruct scientific fertilization for Zinnia elegans Jacq.and the scientific application of stock raising waste.Method]The effects of fermented pig manure,chemical fertilizer and combination of manure and fertilizer on growth of Zinnia elegans Jacq.were studied through pot experiment.Result] The measured result of function leaf number,apparent leaf area,chlorophyll content,plant height,plant crown and flower diameter different growth stages showed that under the same nutrient application rate(N 0.80 g/pot,P2O5 0.28 g/pot and K2O 0.37 g/pot),the effect of the fertilizer treatment and the combination of manure and fertilizer treatment were much better than that of the manure treatment.The growth status of the organic fertilizer treatment was the same as the control treatment;and the growth status of the fertilizer treatment and the combination of manure and fertilizer treatment had no significant differences.Conclusion] Rational application of fertilizer was a important measure for Zinnia elegans Jacq.growth.Fermented pig manure could substitute for some fertilizers during Zinnia elegans Jacq.planting.
