黄桐扦插育苗技术研究

摘    要:为掌握黄桐扦插育苗技术,选择不同扦插基质、不同季节、多种激素不同浓度处理、不同枝龄的穗条及其截取部位进行随机区组对比试验.结果表明在春冬季,选择一年生枝条截取枝条下部(基部),以红心土、河沙和椰糠按6:3:1比例均匀混合配置作为扦插基质,采用IBA在200mg/L浓度时,浸泡12h进行黄桐扦插育苗效果较理想.

Abstract:In order to master the technology cutting propagation of Endospermurn chinense Benth, different cutting seasons, different substrates, different branches, and hormone treatment methods were used for conducting random block comparis on tests, and the results showed that in spring and winter, select a branch on the lower part of the interception of old branches to red soil, sand and coconut husk (6:3:1) as the cutting medium uniformly mixed configuration, the use of IBA in 200mg/L concentration range, soaking 12 hours for Endospermum chinense cutting breeding had good results.
