| 摘 要： | 对矮万代兰种子的无菌播种及其组培快繁的研究.结果表明,种子萌芽培养基以Ms+CM15%+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L较好;CM15%+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L的激素配比对原球茎的增殖效果最好;生根培养基以MS+1-BA1.0mg/L+香蕉泥10%较佳.

| Abstract: | A research on aseptic seeding and tissue cukure of Vanda Pumila Hook. f. was conducted. The results show that, the medium of MS＋CM15%＋ BA1.0 mg/L ＋NAA0.Smg/L is preferable for seed germination, the optimum hormonal formulas for original corm proliferation is CM15%＋BA2.0mg/L＋NAA0.5mg/L, medium of MS＋IBA1.0mg/L＋banana slurry 10% is good for root formation. |
