摘    要:用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射孔雀草种子,研究射线对种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:发芽率和辐射剂量呈负相关;芽长和辐射剂量呈正相关,而根长和辐射剂量呈微相关。

Abstract:The seeds of Tagetes patura were irradiated with ~(60) Co-γ ray of the different dosages and the seed germination rate and seeding growth were observed.The result showed the relation between the germination and the radiant dosage were negative correlation;the relation between the length of bud and the radiant dosage were positive correlation and the relation between the length of root and the radiant dosage were tiny negative correlation.Irradiation could improve the growth of Tagetes patura but it could restrict the rate of seed germination.At the 20 Gy,it was better to improve the germination rate and seeding growth,but it was restrained at the 50 Gy.
