| 摘 要： | 研究了植物激素对洋桔梗试管苗生长、增殖的影响。结果表明:赤霉素(GA3)对试管苗茎的伸长生长有明显的促进作用,且以浓度0.8mg/L效果最好;MS+0.1mg/LNAA+0.2mg/LIAA+0.8mg/LGA3的激素组合对促进试管苗高生长的效果最佳;6蛳BA对试管苗茎的伸长有抑制作用,而对新芽增殖有促进作用;对试管苗增殖促进作用最突出且可保证试管苗株高的培养基配方为MS+0.5mg/LBA+0.1mg/LNAA+0.2mg/LIAA+0.8mg/LGA3。

| Abstract: | The vitreous plantlets growing of Eustoma grandiflorun is affected by all kinds of factors, such as temperature,humidity,light and the elements of culture medium.The results showed, the best combination of medium was MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L IAA+ 0.8 mg/L GA3 for vitreous plantlets growth,MS+0.5 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L IAA+0.8 mg/L GA3 was the best for its multiplication. |
