芦笋花药离体培养技术研究

摘    要:[目的]提高芦笋的产量。[方法]以不同阶段的芦笋花蕾为外植体,筛选花粉的最佳生长阶段(即最佳材料),研究不同浓度激素配比对芦笋芽分化及生根的影响。[结果]以花粉处于单核期的花蕾为最佳试材,芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为MS+KT 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L。[结论]该试验结果为芦笋的快速繁殖奠定了基础。

Anther Culture of Asparagus officinalis in vitro

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to enhance the yield of Asparagus officinalis.[Method]With different stage flower bud of Asparagus officinalis as explants,the effects of different concentration of hormone combination on bud differentiation and rooting of Asparagus officinalis were selected.[Result] With bud which pollen in uninucleate stage as the best test materials,the best culture medium of bud differentiation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;the best rooting medium was MS+KT 0.1 mg/L+ NAA 0.20 mg/L.[Conclusion]The test results established basis for rapid propagation of Asparagus officinalis.
