摘    要:在不同光照条件下,测定了槲蕨孢子叶叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、类胡萝卜素含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖(SS)含量的变化。研究表明:在强光3 000 lx下Fo比1 0002、000 lx大,Fm各处理间相差不大,Fv/Fm在3 000 lx下明显减小。在1 000和2 000 lx下处理46、d后,ETR随光照强度的增加而增加,光抑制被消除。不同光照处理7d后3 000 lx叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量下降幅度较大,1 000和2 000 lx差异不明显,POD和CAT活性、MDA、SS含量都在3 000 lx下最高。由此可见,3 000 lx光强对槲蕨生长不利,在实际生产中进行槲蕨人工栽培时应避免强光。

Abstract:Under different light intensities,the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameter,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a b,carotenoid,malondialdhyde(MDA) and soluble sugar(SS) contents and peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities were determined.The research showed that Fo under intense light of 3 000 lx was bigger than that under 1 000 and 2 000 lx,Fm had little difference among various treatments,and Fv/Fm reduced obviously under 3 000 lx.After treatment under 1 000 and 2 000 lx for 4 and 6 d,ETR increased along with the increment of light intensity,and the light inhibition was eliminated.After treatment with different illuminations for 7 d,the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents under 3 000 lx reduced more,the difference between 1 000 and 2 000 lx was not obvious,and both POD and CAT activities and MDA and SS contents were highest under 3 000 lx.This showed that the light intensity of 3 000 lx went against the growth of Drynaria fortunei,so the intense light should be avoided while conducting artificial cultivation of Drynaria fortunei in the practical production.
