大扁杏仁挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:目的]分析甜杏仁挥发油中的化学成分。方法]气质联用,用CBP5毛细管柱,柱温80~280℃,程序升温,检测器荷质比为40~600。结果]气质联用鉴定了47个化合物。甜杏仁挥发油中的主要成分为油酸、亚油酸和β-谷甾醇。角鲨烯为首次在杏仁提取物中分离。结论]该研究为大扁杏的进一步开发和利用提供了一定的科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to analyze the compositions of the volatile oil in almonds(Prunus sibirica var.suavosperma).Method] GC-MS condition was as follow: Programmed temperature gas chromatography cinitial temperature was 80 ℃,and then raised to 280 ℃,mass to electric charge ratio was 40-600.Result] Forty-seven kinds of compositions were identified by GC-MS method.Oleic acid,linoleic acid and sitosterol and so on were main compositions of the volatile oil in Prunus sibirica var.suavosperma.Spinacene was isolated from Prunus sibirica var.suavosperma for the first time.Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for the further development of Prunus sibirica var.suavosperma.
