| 摘 要： | 选择微波松散、松散回潮、切叶丝、叶丝干燥四个重点工序的工艺参数作为研究对象,分别探索了各工序工艺参数与卷烟主流烟气中巴豆醛释放量之间的关系。结果表明:松散回潮工序高的热风温度可能带来较高的卷烟样品主流烟气巴豆醛含量;切叶丝工序随叶丝宽度的增加卷烟样品主流烟气中巴豆醛含量增加,叶丝宽度进一步增大时,巴豆醛含量随宽度增加而减少;叶丝干燥工序各工艺参数在本试验研究范围内对卷烟样品主流烟气中巴豆醛含量的影响不显著。

| Abstract: | The relationship between technics parameters of four key processes(microwave loosening,loosening and conditioning,cutting and drying) and crotonaldehyde yield in the mainstream smoke of cigarette was researched.The results showed that the high hot-air temperature in loosening and conditioning might result in higher crotonaldehyde yield.Crotonaldehyde yield was positively correlated with the leaf width in a certain range in cutting.The technics parameters in drying had not obvious influence on crotonaldehyde... |
