| 摘 要： | 用95%乙醇对12种中草药进行浸提,研究浸提液(物)在室内条件下对辣椒疫病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、茄黄萎病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌和黄瓜菌核病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:丁香、细辛、甘草、黄连、苦参、蛇床子、辛夷对上述病菌的菌落生长有明显的抑制作用,尤其是丁香的抑菌作用最为明显。少数中草药如败酱草等对5种病菌菌落生长均有不同程度的促进作用。此外,丁香、黄连、甘草等浸提物对番茄灰霉病菌、茄黄萎病菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌分生孢子萌发具有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Fine powders of 12 species of Chinese pharmacy were extracted with 95% ethanol to get the original extracts(OEs).OEs of 7 species,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish,Coptis chinensis Franch,Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb,Sophora flavesceus,Cnidium monnieri(h.) Cuss,Magnoclia biondii Pamp,Asarum heterotropoides Fr.schum,significantly inhibited the mycellal growth of Phytophthora capsici Leonian,Botrytis cinerea Pers.,Verticillium dahliae Kelb.,Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.) de Bary.The inhibitory effect of E.caryophyllata was the most significant.Some species of Chinese pharmacy promoted the mycellal growth.Besides,OEs of E.caryophyllata,C.chinensis,G.uralensis,etc,significantly inhibited the conidia germination of B.cinerea,V.dahliae,F.oxysporum. |
