小兴安岭生态功能区建设辩析

随着全球生态意识的提高,国人已开始意识到,保护生态的战略和历史意义。国家目前已初步划分216个生态功能区,小兴安岭生态功能区是其中重要的组成部分。近年来,黑龙江省伊春林区,已将此项事业摆上日程。然而,称＂功能区恢复＂较称＂功能区建设＂更为合理与严谨。生态功能区的自然功能是千百万年所形成的,非建设所能及,这一点早有国内外历史教训。当代及后代如能尊重自然规律,尽可能地恢复其生态功能,才是可持续的。

Analysis on Construction of Ecological Function Zone of Xiaoxing'anling Mountain

With the improvement of ecological awareness globally,Chinese people have begun to realize the strategic and historical significance of protecting ecology.So far,the government has initially divided the country into 216 ecological function areas,with Xiaoxing＇anling ecological function area as one of the most important components.And this career has already been put on the agenda by Yichun forest region and Heilongjiang province in recent years.However,it is believed that to call it ＂function area recovery＂ is more reasonable and rigorous than ＂function area construction＂.The natural function of the ecological function areas is formed over millions of years,and can not be matched by construction,which has already been a historical lesson both home and abroad.It can be sustainable only if the present and future generations can respect the natural law and recover the ecological function as much as possible.
