| 摘 要： | 研究了黄瓜大棚土壤酶活性与土壤肥力的关系,试图探索是否可以利用土壤酶活性作为评价大棚蔬菜土壤肥力的指标.经相关分析可知:磷酸酶与土壤肥力存在着极为密切的关系,磷酸酶与有机质、全氮、全钾、速效钾呈极显著相关,与碱解氮,有效磷呈显著相关.结果表明:磷酸酶可以用来表征黄瓜大棚土壤的肥力状况.

| Abstract: | The relationship between enzyme activity and fertility of soil in Cucumis greenhouse was studied,we attempted to use the enzyme activity of soil as an index to evaluate the fertility of soil in cucumis greenhouse.According to correlation analyse that the enzyme activity of Phosphate had closely relation with the fertility of soil,enzyme activity of Phosphate had extremly marked correlation with organic matter,total N,total K and available K.The other side of it had marked correlation with hydrolysable N and available P of soil.The results showed the enzyme activity of Phosphate as an index to evaluate the fertility of soil in Langfang cucumis hothouse. |
