摘    要:目的]探讨不同冷藏方式处理种苗对促成栽培牡丹生长的影响。方法]以3年生"明星"牡丹分株苗为材料,用含水量70%的珍珠岩保湿根部后将其分别置于0~4℃冷库和室外28 d,然后用100 mg/L生根粉和500 mg/L 50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂混合液喷施根部至淋漓状态后栽植种苗,再以珍珠岩、蛭石、腐叶土、陶粒和鸡粪为基质对栽植后的种苗进行促成栽培。结果]冷库冷藏的牡丹比自然湿藏的进入萌发期的时间延长1.2 d,相应的积温增加8.2℃;总生长期延长4.1 d,相应的积温增加29.0℃。在露色期,自然湿藏牡丹的茎长比冷库冷藏的长1.5 cm,蕾径大2.7 mm。冷库冷藏与自然湿藏的牡丹成花率分别为78.9%和89.7%。结论]在试验条件下,自然湿藏是打破"明星"牡丹休眠的较好冷藏处理。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to discuss the influences of treating seedlings with different cold storage methods on the growth of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr in forcing cultivation.Method] The individual seedlings of 3-year old "Ming Xing" P. suffruticosa were respectively.put in the refrigerator with temperature of 0~4 ℃ and in the open air for 28 d after their root parts were damp preserved with perlite with water content of 70%,then the root parts were sprayed with the mixed liquid of 100 mg/L rooting powder and 500 mg/L 50% carbendazim WP till dipping wet state so as to transplant the seedlings.The transplanted seedlings were conducted for forcing cultivation with mixture of perlite,vermiculite,rotten leaf soil,ceramsite and chicken manure as medium.Result] Compared with natural wet storage,the time of entering germination stage of P.suffruticosa in cold storage in the refrigerator was extended for 1.2 d,and the corresponding accumulative temperature increased 8.2 ℃;the total growth stage was extended for 4.1 d,and the corresponding accumulative temperature increased 29.0 ℃.In the color appearing stage,the stem length and bud diameter of P.suffruticosa in natural storage were 1.5 cm longer and 2.7 mm bigger than that of cold storage in the refrigerator.The flower formation rates of P.suffruticosa in cold storage in the refrigerator and in natural wet storage were 78.9% and 89.7% resoectively.Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions,natural wet storage was the better cold storage treatment for breaking the dormancy of "Ming Xing" P.suffruticosa.
