农村户用沼气发展中存在的问题及对策

当前农村沼气建设是中央号召的一项民心工程,更是一项生态家园建设工程。无论从农村能源不合理的消费角度出发,还是从农民的实际需要出发,在农村发展户用沼气符合国情、顺从民意,而且发展农村户用沼气,上可促养殖业,下可带动种植业;运行中还可以改善农村生产和生活环境,是一项投资少,见效快的好方法。但是不容忽视的是农村沼气建设是一项长期工程。其建设、使用、管护更是一项永久性工程,所以在重视相关机构建设、规范管理措施、推广小型公益事业等方面要有一个长远目标,也是在实践中的探索与发现。通过对当前大力推进户用沼气池建设中存在的实际问题进行了分析与研究,并提出了具体的解决办法。
