摘    要:香气是决定烟草品质的重要参数之一,也是评判感官品质的主要特征。对近年来烟草挥发性成分研究中常用的提取和检测方法进行综述,并介绍烟草重要香气鉴定方法。经文献调研发现,同时蒸馏提取和气相色谱-质谱联用技术分别是常用的提取和鉴定定量方法,而气相色谱-嗅闻-质谱联用技术和气味活性值在烟草香气研究中还未得到广泛应用。可结合香气重组及添加/缺失等方法深入表征烟草香气,为烟草中香气成分分析提供参考。

Abstract:Aroma is one of the vital parameters that decide tobacco quality and is also a main sensory quality characteristic for consumers. In this paper, the extraction and detection methods for volatile components in tobacco in the past 10 years are reviewed, and the identification methods of important aroma are introduced. Literature review indicated that simultaneous distillation extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are common techniques for extraction, and identification and quantification, respectively. However, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-olfactometry and odor activity value have not been widely used in the study of tobacco aroma, it can be combined with aroma reconstitution and omission test for further characterizing tobacco aroma, which would provide basis and lay a foundation for the improvement of tobacco quality.
