| 摘 要： | 利用遥感技术——假彩色合成卫片目视解译出皖西大别山区水土流失现状,从政策上和措施上提出治理途径,计划在6个大水库上游营造水源涵养林,以便自然和人工调蓄雨水。这既有利于水库防洪,又增强了淠史杭灌区的农业后劲,从宏观上收到社会效益和生态效益。

| Abstract: | Using the remote sensing technique, that is, by using false colour satellite image interpretation, we find out the present situation of soil and water conservation in Dabieshan mountains in Anhui Province and put for-ward the way to control the loss in policy and step. Especially, the forest for containing water should be planed in the upper area of six large reservoirs in Anhui Province in order to adjust the rainfall by nature and man-made ways. This benefits is preventing flood in reservoir area as well as strengthening agricultural reserve forces in Pi-Shi-Hang area, and obtaining social and ecological results on a grand scale. |
