山西省人为破坏和污染严重综合治理必须加快

山西省是全国能源重化工建设基地之一。多年来由于采矿、交通、电力等工业生产的建设,随意弃渣弃土,破坏植被的现象日趋严重,使水土资源受到破坏,造成严重的新的水土流失,直接危害“四化”建设和人民的生活。目前,不少工矿企业,已开始注意处理弃渣弃土,采用一些工程和植物措施治理新的水土流失,综合利用废渣废水,取得了宝贵的治理经验。
