摘    要:[目的]研究续随子褐斑病的发生规律及防治方法。[方法]于2008~2009年在贵州兴义对续随子褐斑病病菌进行分离、鉴定,并进行该病病害症状观察及田间药效试验。[结果]续随子褐斑病的病原菌为假尾孢属(Pseudoc ercospora sp.)真菌引起,其适宜生长温度为20~35℃,一般6~9月为发病高峰期,田间发病率达30%~60%。田间药效试验结果表明:代森锰锌、甲基硫菌灵等5种药剂进行叶面喷雾均有一定防治效果,相对防效为54.3%~82.5%,以代森锰锌的防治效果较好,噻菌铜的防治效果较差。[结论]该研究可为续随子高产优质栽培及褐斑病的深入研究提供理论参考。

Abstract:[Objective]The propose was to study the ccurrence law and prevention measures of brown patch in Euphorbia lathyris L..[Method]The pathogen of brown patch in E.lathyris was isolated and identified in Xingyi of Guizhou Province in 2008-2009 and the disease symptom observation and the field pesticide effect test were conducted out on this disease.[Result]The pathogen of brown patch in E.lathyris was caused by the fungus of Pseudoc ercospora sp.Its suitable growth temperature was 20-35 ℃,it occurrence peak was from June to September generally,and its field incidence of disease was 30%-60%.The field pesticide effect test showed that 5 kinds of pesticides like mancozeb and thiophanate-methyl in spraying on the leaf had some control effect on this disease,with the ralative control effect of 54.3%-82.5%.Among 5 kinds of pesticides,the control effect of mancozeb was better and that of tetracyclines copper was poor.[Conclusion]The study provided the theory reference for deep research on the high yield and quality cultivation of E.lathyris and it control of brown patch.
