摘    要:为了提高食(药)用菌多糖的知识产权保护力度,详细分析了食(药)用菌多糖专利的数量、类型和分类布局,在对食(药)用菌多糖专利知识产权现状进行分析的基础上,探讨了食(药)用菌多糖的功效和应用领域。只有加强知识产权保护力度,才能让食(药)用菌多糖的专利、商标等知识产权得到有效的保护,在激烈的市场竞争中占据制高点。

Abstract:Polysaccharides from edible and medicinal fungi are the products of intensive processing of edible and medicinal fungi.In order to improve the protection of intellectual property rights of Polysaccharides from edible and medicinal fungi,the number,types and classification layout of patents on Polysaccharides from edible and medicinal fungi were analyzed in detail.Based on the analysis of the current situation of intellectual property rights of Polysaccharides from edible and medicinal fungi,the efficacy and application fields of Polysaccharides from edible and medicinal fungi were discussed.Only by strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,can the patents,trademarks and other intellectual property rights of edible and medicinal polysaccharides be effectively protected,and occupy the commanding height in the fierce market competition.
