Abstract:Through the study on the piercing shape,hole diameter,piercing depth,humidity,temperature,shading degree,carbon dioxide concentration,height of the bottom hanging bags from the ground and the distance between each string of hanging bags of facilitied cultivation Auricularia auricula,it is determinated that the suitable piercing shape is O or 1,the piercing hole diameter is 0.5 cm,the piercing depth is 0.8 cm-1.2 cm,and the humidity of germination is 85%-90%,the temperature for ear piece growth is 20℃-25℃,the shading degree is 85%,the carbon dioxide concentration is not higher than 1300 mg·m-3,the height of the bottom hanging bag from the ground is 30 cm,and the distance between each string of hanging bags is 20 cm.
