基于视觉体验的双孢蘑菇在线自动分级设计与试验

摘    要:为研究双孢菇的等级划分和自动化检测问题,设计了双孢蘑菇自动分级检测系统。通过对双孢菇图像的灰度化、二值化处理、预处理和图像分割,计算双孢菇菌盖直径大小,与国家分级标准进行对比,从而确定双孢菇的等级。该系统通过ARM控制器自动完成图像识别,具有识别准确率高、速度快的特点,提高双孢菇分拣的工作效率。

Abstract:In order to study the classification and automatic detection of Agaricus bisporus.An automatic grading detection system for Agaricus bisporus was designed.Through graying,binarization,preprocessing and image segmentation of Agaricus bisporus image,the diameter of Agaricus bisporus was calculated and compared with the national grading standard,so as to determine the grade of Agaricus bisporus.The system automatically completes image recognition by arm controller,which has the characteristics of high recognition accuracy and fast speed,and improves the work efficiency of Agaricus bisporus sorting.
