江苏省吴江市土地利用变化及驱动机制分析

土地利用/覆被变化是全球变化研究的核心内容。对快速城市化背景下的江苏省吴江市1996~2004年的土地利用变化及其驱动机制进行了分析,结果表明:该区土地利用方式以耕地、未利用土地、其他农用地和居民点及工矿用地为主,分别占土地总面积的32.91%2、6.42%、14.83%和13.31%;8年来吴江市土地利用变化主要以耕地的减少和居民点及工矿用地、交通运输用地快速增加为主,其中耕地减少了19.26%,交通运输用地和居民点及工矿用地分别增加了38.23%、22.08%。进一步分析表明,人口因素、比较经济效益和宏观政策因素是吴江市土地利用变化的主要驱动力。

Analysis of Land Use Change and Driving Force of Wujiang City

Research on land use and change(LUCC) is the core in the field of global change.Wujiang City of Jiangsu Province is going through a fast process of urbanization.In this paper,the author analyzed the change of land use types and its driving force in the period from 1996 to 2004.The result showed that the main types of land use were arable land,undeveloped land,other farmland,residential area and industrial and mining area,which respectively auounted to a proportion of 32.91%,26.42%,14.83% and 13.31%.The changes of land use types in 8-year period were characterized with a persistent decrease of arable land and a fast increase of residential area,industrial and mining area and transport area.From 1996 to 2004,the arable land was decreased by 19.26%,while the amount of the residential area and transport area respectively climped by 38.23% and 22.08%.Further research indicated that population,relative economic interests and macro policies were the main driving force in the change of the land use types.
