| 摘 要： | 为明确 1 6个辣椒种质资源的亲缘关系 ,利用RAPD技术对不同类型的辣椒种质资源亲缘关系进行了初步分析。从 4 0个随机引物中筛选 1个A2用于PCR反应 ,6 0 %的扩增条带表现多态性 ,聚类结果表明 ,1 6份辣椒种质资源可以分为 8大类 ,DNA分子水平上辣椒亲缘关系的分析和传统研究结论基本一致

| Abstract: | The relative relationship of different types of pepper germplasm resources is studied simply by RAPD technology. Polymorphics is reflected in 44.4% of amplified bands from 1 random primer selected from 40 employed in this experiment. 16 peppers germplasm resources can be classified into 8 groups by cluster analysis and the relationship by RAPD technology is similar to traditional methods. |
