东平湖老湖区生态退耕标准研究

摘    要:[目的]结合近10年泰安市土地利用现状变化,针对东平湖老湖区的湿地大幅度减少、生态环境破坏的问题,提出合理可行的退耕标准,确定湿地保护的区域。[方法]调查研究、比较分析法。[结果]根据东平湖历年最高水位变化,确定了实施退耕区域堤坝高程指标;确定了老湖区易于发展湿地的耕地临界高程;根据选定的生态退耕的指标,确定了老湖区湿地保护区域。[结论]为了促进生态环境、经济发展和粮食安全三者的协调发展,应该科学地选择退耕还湿的区域。

Abstract:[Objective] Combining with the Tai'an present land use information in the past 10 years, aiming at wetland of Dongping lake reducing greatly and the problem of ecological environment having been destroyed, the rational and feasible standard of withdrawing from ploughs was put forward, the protection district of wetland was ascertained. [Method] The investigation and comparison methods were applied. [Result] Based on the change of the crest stage about Dongping lake over the years, the dike and dam elevation index which must put ecological de-farming into practice was Ascertained. The critical plantation elevation that the old lake region develops wetland easily was Ascertained. According to the selected ecological de-farming index, old lake region protection district of wetland was Ascertained. [Conclusion] The science ecological de-farming district must be chose for the coordinated development of ecological environment, economic growth and food security.
