大叶南五味子中水溶性多糖提取工艺条件优化

摘    要:以大叶南五味子果实为原料,采用3因素5水平响应曲面分析法对南五味子多糖提取工艺进行了优化。通过响应曲面试验及回归分析得出最佳工艺条件为:提取时间2.4 h,提取温度95℃,料液比1 28,南五味子多糖提取率为3.50%,南五味子多糖含量为76.01%。

Abstract:Kadsura marmorata fruits were taken as experiment materials to optimize extraction technology of kadsura polysaccharides(KPS).According to the central composite experimental design principle,the response surface analysis with three factors and five levels was adopted.The factors influencing the extraction technology conditions were determined by regression analysis.The optimal extraction conditions were concluded as solid-liquid ratio 1:28,extraction time 2.4 h and extraction temperature 95 ℃.The yield of KPS was 3.50%,and the percent of KPS was 76.01%.
