| 摘 要： | 为探究栝楼根提取物的药理作用，通过体外细胞毒性试验和动物试验观察栝楼根提取物对肿瘤的影响。细胞毒性试验表明栝楼根提取物在0．5mg／mL以上浓度时明显抑制小鼠骨髓瘤细胞（SP2／0）的生长；动物试验表明栝楼根提取物在0．1mg／mL注射剂量时肿瘤抑制效果最佳，抑制率可达40．9％。 |

| Abstract: | In order to probe into the effective component of the Trichosanthes in pharmacology,we do MTT and animal test to research its effect on tumor.The results showed that the growth of the SP2/0 cells was obviously inhibited above the concentration of 0.5 mg/mL in vitro and that the growth of Balb/c mice tumor was significantly inhibited with the concentration of 0.1 mg/mL in vivo.The restraint rate achieved 49%. |
